Contact & project information

We collect details needed to estimate, schedule, invoice, and complete your project, including your name, contact information, service address, and project notes.

Technical system details

For installation and support, we may handle Wi-Fi names, temporary passwords, device serial numbers, IP addresses, floor plan notes, camera locations, and system configuration details.

Camera & smart home privacy

We do not access live or recorded footage unless you specifically grant access for setup, troubleshooting, or support. Manufacturer apps have their own privacy policies.

No selling personal information

We do not sell customer personal information. We may share limited data with service providers needed to run our business, process payments, manage projects, or support your installation.
